Ordering and Delivering Your Terracotta Pots

We at Mud Mountain wish to reassure customers of our commitment to upholding safety precautions and advise below on our contactless selection, ordering and delivery process. 

Selection and communication with us can be made via our website, email or by telephone. There is no need for any physical contact at any stage from purchase through to delivery and positioning. 

We can deliver our planters to your preferred position in your garden or outdoor space as per your instructions, without the need to come into direct contact with you. Delivery will be made by one person only who will not require any paperwork to be signed.  

We appreciate that it may be difficult for our clients to visit us during these uncertain times. Still, we would like to reassure you that all of our pots are sited outdoors if you chose to. As we only accept visitors by individual private appointment, you will be met and shown around by one person and will not be mixing with other visitors at any stage.

Outdoors, the virus is very short-lived, and at a time of great concern, our garden will be a healthy environment and safe haven in times of isolation. As a family-run small business, we are doing our best to navigate through these difficult times, and we would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all our loyal customers for your ongoing support. We hope to make your outdoor sanctuary that little bit more enjoyable over the coming months.


ORDERING

To order, please either add your items to the basket and send us a quotation request or contact us by phone or email so we may discuss your order and delivery options.  A full quotation will be given, and upon acceptance, an invoice will be sent requesting payment to confirm your order. All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Please note that we do not accept payments online.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

To be transparent with our pricing, we separate the cost of delivery from the pot price. In general terms, the cost for one pot is *£45 with a reasonable supplement added for multiple pots. We always recommend contacting us with your details to quote fully on an individual order basis.

BESPOKE DELIVERY

Most customers opt for our bespoke service using Mud Mountain transport. This door to garden service will include timed delivery where we endeavour to arrive within a two-hour time slot and can include weekend delivery with notice. This service will also include the positioning of the pots within a reasonable and accessible distance from the delivery vehicle. For larger pots and customers who require assistance due to the pots' weight, this would be the delivery method we would highly recommend. 

For deliveries of any large cast stone items, including statues, plinths & garden furniture, the delivery does not include siting or installation, which is the client's sole responsibility. Heavier items are delivered in sections for assembly on site.

COURIER DELIVERY

Delivery via a carefully selected courier company who we know will take great care of your pots and will place them in a safe position on your property. We can often give either a morning or afternoon time slot for delivery, and the driver will be happy to keep you updated on his delivery schedule progress on the day if required.

*Please note that a supplement may be payable for certain areas within the UK, including Central London, Scotland, and certain parts of Wales.
