This highly decorated, goblet-shaped planter is sure to make a big statement. It will compliment interior or exterior areas around the home and gardens—a stunning, ornate piece of Italian terracotta.
This is a large and heavily decorated planter. Although it is goblet/cup-shaped, it is not a Tazza; the sharply tapered planter stands on a round plinth. Decorated on the rim and foot with a leaf (foglie) design, it has two decorative bands and fruit and leaf swags.
The shield is the emblem of the Medici family of Florence, six balls with a crown above. The plinth is also decorated with leaf and fruit swags. Great for planting with a mass of bulbs, bedding or both. They look stunning as entrance planters or as a central display on a terrace or lawn.
